Barwood Land was established 15 years ago in West Northamptonshire and remains local, with its head office at East Haddon.

With a proven track record in promoting land for residential-led and mixed-use developments, we are committed to meaningful engagement and always securing a high quality design whilst delivering purposeful and quantifiable public benefits, with the local community at its heart.
